Delivery of items is undertaken with Royal
Mail, Parcel Force and Courier. Postage is added at checkout orders over £50
are deliverd free.
For all other areas and overseas please use enquiry form or contact
us for postage quote before purchasing.
At certain times of the year, due to large quantities of customer
ordering we can become out of stock of certain items from time to time.
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the expected
delivery date of such items that are out of stock.
DELIVERY OF FISH
UK MAINLAND ONLY
Delivery of fish is £20.00 per box.
More than one fish can be dispatched in each box. Contact us for full
details.
If more than one fish is purchased directly through website then delivery
charge is added per fish - a refund will be given of any overpayment - if
you wish to avoid this please telephone to arrange direct purchase and
delivery of multiple purchases of desired fish.
To ensure you receive the healthiest
Koi available and to reduce the travel stress on your Koi Carp, your order
will be shipped direct from our premises to your door.
Guaranteed delivery next day before 12.00 noon once delivery date has been
agreed with buyer - delivery days in grid below.

Double bagged in water and
pure oxygen. The fish are then packaged in polystyrene boxes, this helps to
protect fish from temperature changes during transportation. This packaging
enables the fish to be transported safely and acclimatised to your tank/pond
water easily.
Fish are then despatched with our courier company for overnight delivery to
arrive at destination by 12.00 noon.
Although all fish are checked for health problems by
ourselves, we recommend a quarantine period for newly purchased stock to
fully acclimatise them to your own pond conditions. We cannot accept
responsibility for losses to existing stock.
Fish are guaranteed for a period of five days providing they are signed for
on first delivery attempt. An adult (over 18yrs) must be available to sign
for consignment.
Although losses in transportation are extremely
rare, this does happen occasionally. We will in the event of losses
occurring, at our discretion and when in receipt of proof of loss, refund
cost of fish ( excluding postage costs ).
Returns Policy
If goods are unwanted and not faulty:
Goods can be returned in perfect,
unused condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure adequate packaging is used to avoid damages.
Please use a signed for service, as Clarendon Koi accept no responsibility
for goods returned to us that are not received, unless signed proof of
delivery can be provided. All postage costs will be responsibility of the
purchaser.
On safe return of the product, the purchase price excluding post and
packaging and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods received are incorrect, damaged or faulty:
With Courier deliveries and signed for
Parcel Force, if you find the parcel to be damaged or a shortage, you must
clearly write this on the drivers paperwork.
All parcels signed for "unchecked" will not be accepted for a claim,
although damage is extremely rare, it can happen when sending goods by
Courier and Royal Mail services.
